Welcome!

When you’ve been in survival mode for a long time, it can feel like you’ve lost touch with yourself.

Does this sound like you?

  • Anxious

  • Emotionally overwhelmed

  • Old patterns continuing to resurface in relationships keeping you feeling stuck

  • Feeling frozen or disconnected from the life you want to live

If this sounds like you, you’re not broken. Your nervous system has learned ways to protect you, and those strategies once made sense. But you deserve support that helps you feel safe, heard, and empowered.

The work

Therapy is a place where we slow things down.

We will work collaboratively to:

  • build safety

  • help your nervous system find stability

  • uncover your strengths

  • strengthen your resilience

  • help you find your voice

Change happens first in therapy, then in your everyday life.

This is not about forcing change, but about creating conditions where change can naturally and safely occur.

The Therapist

I believe that healing happens in relationship and that feeling truly seen and understood can be powerful and transformative.

I strive to create a warm, compassionate space where you don’t have to have it all figured out and can show up as you are. Together, we will work towards feeling supported, empowered, and more present in your life and relationships.

My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself, your strength, and your ability to navigate life with greater confidence and self-trust.

The Goal

What you can expect overtime:

  • feeling more grounded and present

  • in tune with yourself

  • confident

  • able to express you needs

  • able to set boundaries

  • advocate for yourself

  • ability to manage and accept emotions

  • less overwhelmed

Emotions will still arise, but they feel more manageable and less overwhelming. Instead of feeling stuck or frozen, you may begin to notice more flexibility and choice in how you respond to situations. Patterns from the past may lose their grip, allowing you to build healthier, more fulfilling connections.

The ultimate goal is not perfection or constant happiness, but a life where you feel safer in your own body, more trusting of yourself, and more able to live in the present with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
